3. Intellectual Property All content generated by our AI tools (Listings, SEO Copy) is for the exclusive use of the client. The Agency OS software architecture remains the sole intellectual property of Mastro Minds.
4. Limitation of Liability While we strive for 100% accuracy in our data-driven recommendations, Mastro Minds is not responsible for business losses, account suspensions, or changes in Amazon’s marketplace algorithms that may affect performance.
5. Termination Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, access to the Agency OS dashboard will be revoked, and data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
