• Amazon SP-API Data: Through your authorization, we access business data such as sales reports, inventory levels, advertising performance, and brand analytics. We do not collect or store Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of your customers.

2. How We Use Your Data Your data is used exclusively to:

• Provide analytical insights and performance dashboards via Agency OS.

• Optimize Amazon PPC campaigns and SEO listings.

• Forecast inventory and restock needs.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties Mastro Minds does not sell, rent, or trade your Amazon Information to third parties. Data is only shared with secure infrastructure providers (such as AWS or Vercel) necessary to host the platform and AI processing units (Google Gemini API) for semantic analysis, ensuring all data remains encrypted and anonymous.

4. Data Retention and Deletion We retain your Amazon Information only as long as necessary to provide our services. According to Amazon’s DPP, you have the “Right to be Forgotten.” If you revoke our API access or request account deletion, all your Amazon-related data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.

5. Security Standards We implement industry-standard security measures, including AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.2 or higher for data in transit, to protect your business information from unauthorized access.
